Exchange? No problem, sorted in no time!
Just missed the right colour or length? Our exchange service makes it easy. Register your exchange below and we’ll send you the right laces. Need help finding a replacement colour? Let us know, we’re happy to help. Your laces must be returned unused and in their packaging within 14 days of receipt. Only custom-made laces are excluded.
Our exchange process:

Register your exchange: Fill in the form below to register your exchange.

Wait for confirmation: We’ll let you know whether you can exchange the laces. You’ll receive the address and further instructions from us.

Print the confirmation: Print our confirmation email and add it to your shipment. That way we process your exchange correctly.

Pack and ship: Send the laces back well-packaged within 14 days. Use secure shipping and preferably a tracking code. Shipping costs and the risk of the shipment are at your own expense.

Sorted quickly: Once we’ve received your shipment in good order, we usually process your exchange within two business days. We’ll send the new laces straight to you as soon as your shipment arrives. You’ll always get a confirmation by email.
If your exchange doesn’t meet the terms or the process above, we’re unfortunately unable to process the shipment.
Right of withdrawal: prefer to return rather than exchange? Then leave the desired laces field empty. You always have a 14-day statutory cooling-off period, except for custom-made laces.
