Exchange? No problem, here’s how it works!

Just missed the right colour or length? Then our exchange service is the answer. Need help choosing a replacement colour? Let us know, we’re happy to think along. Register your exchange below and once we’ve received your laces we’ll send you the correct ones free of charge.

Prefer to return rather than exchange? You always have a 14-day statutory cooling-off period. Within the Netherlands we send you a return label. The cost is €5.70 and is deducted from the amount to be refunded. From outside the Netherlands the return is always at your own expense, as we cannot create a label for international shipments.

Custom and made-to-measure laces cannot be returned.

Send your laces back unused and in their packaging within 14 days of receipt. Made-to-measure custom laces are excluded. Once received we’ll send you new laces free of charge.

Our exchange process

  1. Register your exchange: Fill in the form below to register your exchange.

  2. Wait for confirmation: We’ll let you know whether you can exchange the laces. You’ll receive the address and further instructions from us.

  3. Print the confirmation: Print our confirmation email and add it to your shipment. That way we process your exchange without errors.

  4. Pack and ship: Send the laces back well packaged within 14 days. Make sure the shipment is secure and keep the tracking code. The shipping costs and the risk of the shipment are at your own expense.

  5. Sorted quickly: Once received in good order we usually process your exchange within two working days. We send you the new laces as soon as we’ve received your shipment. You’ll always get a confirmation by email.

If your exchange doesn’t meet the terms or the process above, then we unfortunately can’t process the shipment.
